My Role: Influencer Marketing Strategist

I was brought in to spearhead a large-scale influencer outreach initiative for Almay. I was in charge of identifying and contacting influencers and crafted pre and post-event influencer communications.

My efforts resulted in the recruitment of 1,000+ influencers with a 70% opt-in rate (2x the benchmark). These influencers created 140+ posts driving sales and generated $1M in earned media value and 7.8% community growth.
