My Role: Marketing Specialist

I was brought on to lead social strategy and content creation for Lillian Augusta Beauty, a new beauty company focused on providing non-toxic, plant-based braiding hair. I managed a team of copywriters, graphic designers, and creators to produce custom short-form video content for their social accounts.

In the first month, I increased Instagram reach by 8,324% and engagements by 371%. The brand went from having fewer than 2K followers to a now-booming community of over 36K in less than one year.
